From High Walls to Easier Edges

Many high-sided square beds are built with raised sides stacked on top of a thick base, which can bring the edge height close to 20cm.

CutePaw takes a different approach. The sides wrap around the centre cushion instead, keeping the highest point at around 12cm. This lower profile gives your dog an easier way in, especially if they are short-legged, getting older or less steady on their feet, while retaining support on all four sides.

NATURAL SLOPE

Lower Outside, Higher Inside

The edge transitions from around 4cm on the outside to around 12cm beside the sleeping area, forming a natural slope around the bed.

From the outside, the lower edge makes it easier for your dog to step in. Once settled, the higher, rounded inner edge gives them a comfortable place to rest their head or lean against as they curl up.

Contouring Comfort, Solid Support Below

Supportive foam is used throughout the bed, with each area shaped for the way dogs naturally rest. Around the edges, shredded high-density foam gives the sides a full, cushion-like feel—comfortable for leaning or resting the head, without feeling hard or blocky.

At the centre, a memory foam comfort layer brings the contouring feel of a quality mattress, gently adapting as your dog settles. Beneath it, a firmer high-density foam core forms a steady foundation, helping the cushion hold its shape and provide support from below without excessive sinking.

FAQ

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your dog from the tip of the nose to the base of the tail, then compare their length with the size guide for this bed.

Breed examples are a guide only, as dogs of the same breed can vary in build and sleeping style. If your dog falls between sizes or likes to stretch out, choose the larger size.

How do I clean the bed?

The outer cover is removable and machine washable. Remove all inner inserts first, then wash the cover on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent and line dry in the shade.

Wipe the inner waterproof liners clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash any foam components, and only reassemble the bed once every part is completely dry.

Is the whole bed waterproof?

The soft outer cover itself is not waterproof. Inside, layered waterproof liners help protect the key inner components from everyday spills, accidents and moisture. Liquids should still be cleaned up promptly, and the bed is not designed for prolonged outdoor exposure or submersion.

Is the bed chew-proof?

No. CutePaw beds are designed for comfortable everyday rest, not persistent chewing, biting or destructive digging. Please supervise puppies and known chewers, and remove the bed if the cover or hidden zips become damaged.
