2. Product Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Measurements are provided as a guide and small variations may occur due to the soft construction, filling and manufacturing of our dog beds.

Please review the product description and Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Our beds are vacuum packed for delivery. Please follow the unpacking and care instructions provided with the product.

3. Product Use

CutePaw beds are designed for normal domestic pet use.

They are not designed to withstand persistent chewing, biting, destructive digging or other excessive destructive behaviour.

Please supervise puppies and dogs known to chew or damage bedding. Stop using the product if it becomes significantly damaged or if loose components may create a safety risk.

Product information on our website is provided to help you choose a suitable bed and is not veterinary or medical advice.

4. Orders

Submitting an order through our website is an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order is accepted once we have confirmed it and begun processing it for fulfilment.

We may contact you if we need to verify information relating to your order.

In limited circumstances, we may need to cancel an order before dispatch, including where:

• an item is unexpectedly unavailable;
• there is an obvious pricing or website error;
• we cannot deliver to the address provided; or
• we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.

If we cancel an order that you have already paid for, we will refund the affected amount to your original payment method.

Customer-requested cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

5. Prices and Payment

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Australian store are in Australian dollars (AUD).

The total amount payable will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.

We may correct obvious pricing or administrative errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding and, where appropriate, give you the option to cancel the affected item for a full refund.

6. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, CutePaw may offer promotional prices, discount codes or other special offers.

Promotions are subject to the conditions displayed with the relevant offer, including any applicable dates, eligible products or minimum spend requirements.

Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to an order that has already been completed unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Promotional purchases remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy unless an item is clearly marked Final Sale.

Your rights in relation to faulty products under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by a promotion, discount or Final Sale designation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times, tracking information, oversized delivery arrangements and other shipping conditions are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your delivery information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Returns, size exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to the eligibility requirements set out in that policy, including the requirements relating to the original vacuum seal.

These conditions do not limit any rights you may have where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.

Products must, among other things, be of acceptable quality, be fit for any purpose we have agreed to, and match their description.

Depending on the nature of a problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy.
